TIRE SERVICE AGREEMENT

Who is covered?

1. The original purchaser of the tires.
2. The tires must be purchased at AmericanTiresStores.com
3. Your receipt and tires must be returned to AmericanTiresStores.com

What is covered?

1. AmericanTiresStores.com will replace a tire that becomes unserviceable due to cuts, non-repairable punctures or impact damage.
2. This Road Hazard warranty covers failure in tires purchased from AmericanTiresStores.com
3. This warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase or when the tire reaches greater than or equal to 3/32 of an inch of the tread depth.
4. The purchaser will be charged additional fees to purchase Road Hazard Warranty on replaced tires.

What is not covered?

1. A tire that is damaged due to vandalism.
2. A tire that is damaged due to off-road use, race use or snow chains.
3. A tire that is damaged by irregular and untimely wear.
4. A tire that is damaged due to a mechanical failure, an accident or fire.
5. Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of vehicle, other property damage or consequential damage.

What are the purchaser's responsibilities for tire care?

1. The purchaser must rotate and balance the tires and keep the records of service, operate the tires at the proper air pressure as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.
2. The purchaser must keep all mechanical parts that affect tires, such as wheel alignment, shock & struts, and other related mechanical components in proper working order.
3. By redeeming this warranty, the purchaser relinquishes his/her right to any manufacturer's warranty that may apply, and AmericanTiresStores.com may claim for its benefit any such warranty.
