Completed rebate forms must be postmarked or submitted online no later than 4/30/24.
QUALIFYING TIRES
Above rebates are on a set of four tires. If your vehicle requires six tires, rebates are available on a prorated basis for the two additional tires. The prorated rebate amount, per additional tire, is 25% of the rebate amount listed above. The minimum purchase is a set of four tires and the maximum purchase is six tires per invoice. Please specify quantity.

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR CLAIM. Please ensure that you have a copy of your original sales receipt or invoice, which shows:
- Customer name
- Tire product purchased
- Date the tires were purchased
- Name and address of the store where the tires were purchased
- Last 4 digits of Goodyear Credit Card, if purchased on a Goodyear Credit Card
Instructions for mailing your claim:
- Processing updates will be sent to your email address.
- To check the status of your claim, visit Goodyear.com/rebates.
- Once your claim is approved, you will receive your rebate.
